From our experience in home care services, we aware that families will often cope for months or even years before reaching out for minimal assistance. When the time is right for you, we are only a phone call away and can offer exceptional care and support to keep you safe, comfortable and living independently in the comfort of your own home. Our home care service allows you and your family the peace of mind needed to keep you in your home.
We understand that your family circumstances are unique and specific and the home care services that you need for your loved ones will need to be bespoke. Our Care Coordinator is available 24/7 for initial assessments and ongoing care. We are available for a face to face chat, or over the phone. We provide you with non-obligatory assessment for homecare services or live-in support. Once we establish your care needs, our dedicated and experienced care team will be able to review your home care needs regularly and provide you with a detailed care plan. We have carefully selected carers who are experienced and competent in homecare and aim to provide same sex care workers depending on your specific needs. We try our best to ensure that the service we provide is delivered in the way that is best for our service users.
We can offer the following services:
- Personal care :- assisting with washing and dressing
- Meal preparation including assisting with eating and drinking
- Medication- prompt and assist you in taking your medication as well as collecting prescriptions from GPs and pharmacies.
- Companionship
- Help with light household chores
- Escorting to doctors and hospital appointments
